1. Nature of the service

The consultations offered by Federico Rivi are exclusively technical in nature. They do not constitute financial, investment or tax advice in any way. Federico Rivi is not a registered financial advisor and does not provide recommendations on the purchase, sale or holding of financial assets.

The goal of the sessions is to help the client understand the technical workings of Bitcoin: self-custody, privacy, Lightning Network, buying on peer-to-peer platforms.

2. No guarantee of returns

Federico Rivi does not guarantee any financial return from the use of Bitcoin or the information provided during sessions. Any financial decision remains the sole responsibility of the client.

3. Booking and payment

• The booking is considered confirmed only after payment is completed.
• Payment is required in advance, at the time of booking.
• Payments are accepted in bitcoin (Lightning Network or on-chain) and via PayPal.
• Each session (60 minutes) costs \u20ac75.

4. Session delivery

• Sessions are held online via Google Meet.
• The session link is sent automatically by email after payment confirmation.
• A stable internet connection is required and, if necessary for the session topic, the device to be configured.

5. Confidentiality

Information shared during sessions is treated with the utmost confidentiality and is not disclosed to third parties. For details on personal data processing, see the Privacy Policy.

6. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the court of the service provider's place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
