2. Data collected
This website collects only the data strictly necessary for service delivery:
- Consultation bookings: name, email address, chosen date and time.
- Payments: payment data is handled directly by OpenNode (Bitcoin) and PayPal. Federico Rivi does not have access to credit card data.
- Technical cookies: this site uses only essential technical cookies for operation. No profiling or marketing cookies are used.
3. Purpose of processing
Personal data is processed to:
- Manage the booking and delivery of the requested consultation.
- Send the appointment confirmation and Google Meet session link.
- Comply with any legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): data is necessary to provide the booked consultation service.
5. Data retention
Personal data is retained only for the time necessary to deliver the service and comply with legal obligations (max 10 years for tax documentation). Data is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
6. Third parties
For service delivery, data may be transmitted to:
- Google Meet / Google Calendar - for online session management.
- OpenNode - for bitcoin payments.
- PayPal - for card or PayPal account payments.
- Vercel - for website hosting.
Each of these companies has its own GDPR-compliant privacy policies.
7. Data subject rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Request rectification or deletion
- Object to processing
- Request data portability
- Lodge a complaint with the data protection authority
